Accreditation Awareness Training Successfully Completed at Fırat University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

The steps taken by Fırat University towards achieving its accreditation goals continue unabated. In this context, the Accreditation Awareness Training organized by our university Quality Coordinator Dr. Semih DİKMEN at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences attracted great attention.

In the training, it was emphasized that accreditation processes will increase the international recognition and prestige of our university. Dr. Semih DİKMEN stated that accreditation is not only a necessity but also an opportunity to increase the quality of education. While the participants obtained detailed information about accreditation processes, they had the opportunity to evaluate the current status of the faculty and potential development areas.

Dr. Semih DİKMEN said, "We aim to reach 30 accredited programs by the end of 2025. This second meeting we held with our Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is an important milestone on the way to achieving this goal." He also emphasized that the accreditation process will not only increase academic success, but also student satisfaction and graduates' employment opportunities.

At the end of the meeting, participants increased their motivation for the accreditation process and had the opportunity to develop important strategies for the future of our faculty. Following this productive meeting held at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, similar trainings will continue in other faculties and departments.
