Fırat University (FÜ) implements integrated process management with the Strategic Management Model in order to realize the approaches that will enable it to achieve its goals determined within the scope of strategic management through its processes. For this purpose, it has been defined under 4 main processes based on the criteria of YÖKAK.

1) Leadership, Management and Quality Core Process
2) Education and Training Main Process
3) Research and Development Main Process 
4) Main Process of Social Contribution

Based on the strategic management model, the Faculty conducts university management on the basis of these processes
