Accreditation Awareness Training Successfully Conducted at Fırat University Faculty of Health Sciences

The first of the Accreditation Awareness Trainings organized by Fırat University to increase quality standards and accelerate accreditation processes was held at the Faculty of Health Sciences. The training, given by our University Quality Coordinator Dr. Semih DİKMEN, was productive with the intense interest and participation of our faculty members.

Our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Soner ÖZGEN and Rector Advisor Prof. Dr. Mahmut Doğru also attended the training. This participation once again revealed the importance of the meeting and the support the university administration gives to the accreditation process.

The importance of accreditation processes, application stages and necessary criteria were discussed in detail during the training. Participants gained in-depth information about accreditation processes and had the opportunity to share their experiences and questions.

Dr. Semih DİKMEN said in his statement, "With these trainings, we aim to reach 30 accredited programs by the end of 2025. This first meeting with our Faculty of Health Sciences was an important step towards reaching our goal." At the end of the meeting, the participants were motivated to further increase the quality standards of our university, as well as reinforcing their knowledge of accreditation processes. Following this productive meeting held at the Faculty of Health Sciences, similar trainings will continue in other faculties and departments.
